IMPORTANT: Updated Sporting Regulations
Please note there have been some minor (but important) updates to the Sporting Regulations for the SARC, SACS and SARS – to clarify compulsory signage. The updated documents can be found on the SA Rally web site Documents page. Click here to go to the Documents page.
Competitors in these championships/series should read and familiarise themselves with these documents.
We would also like to remind competitors of the following:
- It is the competitors responsibility to ensure they are entered in the correct class for each event. Entries are not valid unless they are completed “properly and fully”. Please refer to the Motorsport Australia Manual, National Rally Standing Regulations (Events General).
- Compulsory signage: competitors should review the requirements as outlined in the Sporting Regulations – noting particularly the following clause: Failure to display or to obtain permission to amend the placement, or deliberate removal of compulsory signage, will render a crew ineligible to score any Championship/Series points resulting from the event and may be subject to further penalties as applied by the Stewards.
Please help us to help you, and support your sponsors, by complying with the above.
