Rally Drivers under 25 years of age must complete an OLT.
Other than for Rallysprint Events conducted on private property, the OLT must be conducted through a privately organised assessment with an accredited OLT Assessor.
In order to complete an OLT, each driver must hold a civil driver’s licence or learner’s permit, and applicants must submit a copy of their civil driver’s licence along with the signed Observed Licence Test Assessment form upon successful completion of the test.
