2025 for Bogan Racing
The budget restricted the racing for us Bogans in 2025 completing Rally of the Heartland . ( cause Sarah spent the racing money on overseas holiday’s )
Rally of the Heartland is a must do event for anyone that is rallying.
One of the biggest rallies it truly is a marathon.
Before Commencing the rally having some fun with the VIP runs and meeting some of our fellow competitors.
Day 1 was full of excitement, amazing times set by blue we moved our way up through the crowd and making a top 10 time on one stage. Day 2 bought us back down to earth with a flat on the 70+km stage an electrical issue outing a fan to be fixed at service. Highlight of day 2 was finishing dust to diesel only 26seconds behind Toby price.

How was day 3 you ask…
Oh no
A large rock in the middle of the stage met the gear box with a thump. (Yep cracked it)
After that we became spectators service crew support and drinking buddies
Was a great few days racing and Jason McCormacks favourite saying “A bad days racing Is better than a great day at work”
Huge thanks ro our service crew Britt Tim and Sam you guys are amazing and do a great job of keeping us out there. And a shout out to mum dad and Lex for coming to watch, while Tay held the fort down at home
Disappointing end but now to get ready for the next one..
We are spectating some New Zealand Rallying at Bay of Plenty and service crewing at Alpine for Nick White in the big red Dato will wrap up 2025 for us.
Bring on lots of racing in 2026.
