Robertstown Rally 2015 – Pre‑Registration

Initial planning for the 2015 Robertstown Rally on Saturday 8^th August has been completed.  The event has big impact on the Walkerville All Cars Club and the Robertstown community so, to enable the Club to proceed with full organisation, we need enough competitors to commit to enter in order to make the rally viable for both the club and the community.  Please remember, all the members of the organising team are volunteers.

We need a minimum of twenty competitors to pre‑register before Wednesday 11^th March 2015!

As an incentive, all crews who pre‑register will be eligible for the Early Bird entry fee which will be $100 less than the full entry fee.  Pre‑registration involves completing the pre‑registration form on the Robertstown Rally website www.wacc.asn.au/2015walky100/Competitors.aspx or requesting an email or postal copy and lodging the form with a $200 deposit by the due date.  The $200 will be credited against the Early Bird entry fee which is only available to those who pre‑register before 11^th March.

If insufficient entries are received and the rally does not go ahead, the deposit will be returned in full.  If the Rally goes ahead and a Competitor who has pre‑registered does not subsequently enter the rally, they will forfeit the deposit.

The next meeting of the Robertstown organising committee is on Thursday 12^th March 2015 and the decision of whether the event will go ahead will be made then and advised very soon after.
